- Site Maintenance and Improvement
- Condominium Site Electricity
- Condominium Building / Property, and Board of Directors Liability Insurance
- Association Administrative costs
- Substantial contributions to Reserve Fund for Long Term Maintenance and Improvements
The Reserve Fund
- Additional funds set aside determined by professional Reserve Fund Study
- Anticipated projects include:
- Roofing and Gutter repairs / replacements
- Pavement repairs and replacement
- Exterior building repairs and painting
- Landscape replacements / improvements
