Monthly Dues
Current monthly dues are $370.00/unit.
Dues include the following:
- Property Management Fees
- Water (residential use and irrigation) & sewer fees
- Landscape maintenance services
- Snow removal services
- Waste and Recycling disposal fees
- Site maintenance and improvement
- Condominium site electricity
- Condominium building and property insurance
- Condominium Association Board of Directors liability insurance
- Association administrative costs
- Substantial contributions to Reserve Fund for long term maintenance and improvements
The Reserve Fund
- Additional funds set aside determined by professional Reserve Fund Study
- Anticipated projects include:
- Roofing repairs / replacements
- Full Pavement remove & replacement
- Exterior building painting
- Landscape replacements / improvements
- Gutter repairs / replacements / covers
